Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Inbound Voice Process)

Job Summary:
Woodrock Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our clients. This role requires 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer care or a related field, and you'll be working morning shifts.
Responsibilities:
