Key Responsibilities: Job Allocation: Assign service calls and complaints to technicians based on area and workload. Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with technicians to ensure timely job completion and update system records. Customer Coordination: Handle customer queries and complaints via phone and email; ensure professional and quick responses. Email Communication: Reply to company mails related to service, spares, and escalations. Inventory Management: Track spare parts usage, maintain proper stock records, and raise requests for new spares as needed. Dispatch Coordination: Manage the dispatch of spare parts to technicians and return of defective parts to the company. System Updates: Enter all job details, follow-ups, and closure reports accurately in the CRM system.
