Should have a thorough knowledge and be updated about Market, Branch,Inventory,Dealers, Channel Partners, Price, Policy, Scheme, etc.,
Should maintain good rapport with Dealers / Channel Partners, give best service and take orders
No invoice should be prepared without full payment
Cash / Cheque should be deposited in Bank immediately
Invoice should not be raised without presence of Channel Partner / Dealers vehicle
Should call back Dealers if there are any missed calls
To update stock in Stock App on daily base.
Insist Dealer / Channel Partner to use Stock App9. Should avoid duplication of work and ensure paperless office
Backup marketing team in sales.
Push for 2nd division product also.
Should not close Office without tallying cash and should be deposited in Bank / ATM. In unavoidable circumstances, inform Audit Team of physical cash if any.
