The job involves working in rotational night shifts, with 9 hours between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM. As a candidate, you should possess strong verbal communication skills in English, basic computer proficiency including typing, CRM handling, and data entry, as well as a polite, patient, and customer-centric attitude. You should be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Your key responsibilities will include responding to incoming customer calls related to queries, complaints, or service requests, delivering timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving, and escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
