Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products/services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant insurance plans/products to existing customers.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
