About The Role

We’re looking for a

Customer Care Advisor

to deliver exceptional service and sales support across digital and phone channels. The role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, promoting company's products and services, and maximizing revenue through excellent communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via live chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and phone.
  • Assist customers with bookings, queries, and self-service on the Cathay Pacific website and app.
  • Recommend travel products, fares, and services to enhance sales.
  • Meet customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity targets.
  • Capture every opportunity to increase revenue and customer loyalty.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in shifts. (Transport is provided for night shifts that start post 10 pm and end before 6 am)
