Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer and Sales Engagement Specialist to join our team at Talentpop App. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer engagement and sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in customer engagement and sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles and practices.
Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is an asset.
