Job Description

As a Customer Advisor in Kanhangad, your main responsibility will be to sell new vehicles to achieve Volume and Customer Satisfaction standards. You will assist customers in determining their vehicle needs and completing financing paperwork when applicable. Your aim is to build customer loyalty and increase Customer Satisfaction by presenting yourself professionally, being trustworthy, sincere, maintaining a positive attitude, and having a business-like appearance during every customer interaction. Key Responsibilities: - Greet all customers promptly and provide timely professional service. - Complete Customer Records promptly and accurately. - Listen to customer inquiries and requests, ask questions to identify needs, resolve customer concerns, and upsell additional services when appropriate. - Improve SSI, RDI, or any other customer satisfaction-related scores. - Build customer loyalty and enhance the dealership brand image. - Complete paperwork and assigned tasks accurately and on time. - Sell accessories, Insurance & Finance products. - Deliver vehicles to customers in a positive and memorable manner. - Prospect effectively via phone, mail, e-mail, and face to face to meet prospect generation targets. - Identify repeat customers and provide appropriate treatment. - Reach out to previous customers, especially those ending their finance tenure, about new products. - Inform prospects of upcoming special programs and promotions. - Calculate and track progress of sales and prospect goals and sales deals. - Adjust priorities and goals as work demands change. - Maintain composure and courtesy when dealing with customers and colleagues. - Ensure work is completed on time and as required. - Act swiftly to implement plans, organize work efficiently, and follow up to ensure successful implementation. - Identify opportunities to enhance operations and customer service. - Maintain an effective customer contact system to encourage new, repeat, and referral business, contributing to customer satisfaction. - Reference existing manuals, publications, and other documents for necessary information. - Stay updated on dealership products and competitor offerings. - Meet or exceed monthly income and sales goals. - Maximize closing of recommended sales. - Monitor competition performance in the assigned territory. Qualifications Required: - Education: PLUS TWO/ DEGREE - Work Experience: 0-3 years - License/Certification: Driving Licence (Preferred) - Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred),
