Customer Acquisition

You will be joining us as a Field Executive with the primary responsibility of acquiring customers. Your main task will involve engaging with potential customers in marketplaces and societies, persuading them to download our app, and assisting them in placing their first order. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, motivating them to download the app, and guiding them through placing their first order. You will be expected to achieve a specific number of successful acquisitions per day. Additionally, you will be required to capture a screenshot of the customer's order and submit it after delivery. Furthermore, you will be assisting customers with basic queries to ensure a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate for this role should have prior sales or fieldwork experience, possess strong communication skills, and be target-oriented. It is essential to have basic smartphone and app usage knowledge. You should be able to work independently and must be based in or around the job location. The minimum educational requirement for this position is 12th Grade. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. Performance bonuses will be provided based on your achievements.
