Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that the software meets the needs of the organization effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate with various teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications, while also participating in discussions to enhance the overall software development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with debugging and troubleshooting software issues. - Familiarity with database management systems and data manipulation. - Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
