Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, while mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative environment. Your role will be pivotal in driving project success and enhancing user experience through effective application design and implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions. - Strong understanding of data integration processes and methodologies. - Experience with application configuration and customization. - Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
