Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, contributing to the overall success of projects and initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR). - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with integration of ServiceNow with other platforms. - Familiarity with scripting languages relevant to ServiceNow. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
