Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Educational Qualification :

15 years full time educationSummary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead stakeholder meetings to gather requirements. - Create detailed business requirement documents. - Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills for interpreting data. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Experience in process improvement methodologies. - Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. -Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains. -Ability to translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
