You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code while adhering to best practices and project timelines, ensuring that the applications meet client requirements and industry standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience with web application frameworks and technologies. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based in Chennai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
