Summary:As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing project plans, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs of stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and solutions to enhance project outcomes while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on project goals.

Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Agile Project Management.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, Scrum and frameworks.

Experience with tools such as JIRA or Trello for project tracking and management.

Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
