Project Role :Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Must have skills :ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
Good to have skills :ServiceNow IT Operations Management

Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in iterative design processes, ensuring that the applications align with business objectives while maintaining a user-centric approach. Your role will also include testing and validating designs to ensure they meet the specified requirements, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application design.

Develop and document application specifications and design processes.

Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).

Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.

Familiarity with user experience design and usability testing.

Ability to work with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
