Project Role :Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in iterative design processes, ensuring that applications align with business objectives while maintaining a focus on user experience and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application designs and processes.

Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.

Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.

Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications.

Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
