About The Role

Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall success of projects by leveraging your expertise in application development. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Browser Library.

Implement BDD-style test cases with parameterized, keyword-driven, and modular architecture.

Write robust automation utilities and test flows in Python.

Automate test scenarios for ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

Integrate and manage test pipelines using Azure DevOps and other Azure services.

Collaborate using Git (branching, merging, pull requests, code reviews).

Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for scalable test execution and reporting.Requirements:

Proven experience with Robot Framework, Python, and Browser Library.

Solid understanding of BDD, parameterization, and modular keyword design.

Hands-on experience with ERP automation (e.g., SAP GUI scripting, web-based ERP modules, API validation).

Proficiency with Azure DevOps, including pipeline configuration and cloud-based automation.

Strong knowledge of Git workflows and version control best practices.

Familiarity with Azure fundamentals (VMs, storage, networking).

Bonus:Experience with test strategy design, environment validation, or viewport simulation.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Robot Operating System (ROS).

Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.

Experience with application design and architecture principles.

Familiarity with programming languages relevant to application development.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Robot Operating System (ROS).

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
