Job Summary-A Senior Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP TPM (Trade Promotion Management) and SAP CRM is required to join the team. The role demands extensive hands-on experience supporting CPG clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP CRM solutions, with strong specialization in TPM processes such as planning, budgeting, execution, settlement, and analytics. The position also requires 5–6 years of experience in SAP CRM/TPM/CBP, SAP S/4HANA, Funds Management, Pricing, Claims, and Deduction Settlement, along with solid understanding and integration experience related to S/4 Condition Contract Management (CCM).Key Responsibilities-* Lead the design and implementation of SAP CRM and TPM solutions for global clients.* Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system architecture.* Prepare detailed documentation, including functional designs, process flows, and configuration specifications.* Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and deliver end-user training.* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and onshore/offshore resources.* Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity.* Resolve data synchronization challenges between ECC and CRM systems.* Configure SAP CRM modules—TPM, Trade Funds Management, Claims, Marketing, and Sales—to meet client requirements.* Partner with S/4HANA teams for integration activities across FI, SD, and CO.* Stay current with SAP best practices and new features related to CRM and TPM.SAP TPM / S/4 Integration Requirements-* Expertise in configuration and data replication (middleware).* Strong understanding of SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) processes.* Knowledge of integration points with Finance.* Proficiency in core SAP CRM configuration principles.
