Define and execute data migration strategy for SAP implementations.Coordinate ETL design and manage data load processes.Utilize SAP tools (LSMW, LTMC/Migration Cockpit, BODS) for migration.Validate data quality and troubleshoot migration issues.Collaborate with functional teams for mapping and reconciliation.Mentor team on migration best practices and accelerators.Professional & Technical SkillsMust-have:oExpertise in SAP Data Migration tools (Migration Cockpit, LSMW, BODS).oStrong understanding of data governance and quality frameworks.oExperience in S/4HANA migration scenarios.oSupported recovering, stabilizing, and realigning projects facing significant delivery challenges.
