Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the needs of the users. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing support to ensure smooth operation of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Hands on SQL Server, SSIS, KingswaySoft - Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. - Knowledge on Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI – Added advantage - Experience with Agile Scrum / Kanban methodology - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. - Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400 are preferred. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
