"Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Salesforce Lightning Web Components. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a manager delivery and a team size of min 25. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop efficient and scalable applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Configure applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with the team to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must to have Salesforce Lightning, LWC Integration, Apex, Aura, Triggers, Customization and Configuration experience. -Good experience in manager delivery and a team size of min 25. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities and conduct code reviews and enforce high coding standards - Experience in designing , developing Salesforce applications, and Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. -Design and build modern, reusable, and responsive UI components using LWC - Experience in configuring Salesforce applications to meet business process and application requirements. -Managing the release cycles, deployments, and version control -Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, QA, and admins to ensure alignment and success. -Leadership or mentoring experience in a Salesforce development team -Experience in Salesforce Automation and Knowledge on Generative AI. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office."
