Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your extensive knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients and projects effectively, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will also collaborate with team members to drive project success and enhance overall productivity. Roles & Responsibilities:

Skills:-In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter Change Management:Understanding of change objects (change requests, change notices, problem reports), workflows, and best practices for managing engineering changes within TeamcenterExperience with Teamcenter process configuration:Able to map and optimize business processes using Teamcenter’s workflow and change management capabilities (no need for deep coding, but able to configure and guide process improvements).Familiarity with Teamcenter modules:Awareness of how change management integrates with other modules (BOM management, document management, requirements management) Ability to translate business needs:Skilled at gathering business requirements and translating them into Teamcenter-supported solutions, especially for change and configuration management Understanding of Teamcenter best practices:Knowledge of industry-standard change management models (e.g., CMII), and how Teamcenter supports closed-loop change processes Stakeholder engagement:Able to work with engineering, IT, and business teams to define and improve change management processes in Teamcenter.Process improvement:Experience facilitating workshops, mapping current and future state processes, and driving adoption of Teamcenter-based solutions
Additional Information:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.10+ years of experience working with Siemens Teamcenter PLM, especially in change management, configuration management, or related modules
