We are looking for a G Card Holder to handle customs clearance activities for import and export shipments. The candidate will be responsible for filing documents with customs, coordinating with authorities, and ensuring timely clearance of cargo. Key Responsibilities: File Bill of Entry and Shipping Bill through the ICEGATE/EDI system . Submit and sign customs documents as an authorized G Card Holder . Coordinate with Customs officials , CHA , shipping lines , and CFS/ICD staff . Ensure correct HS code classification , duty calculation, and compliance with all customs rules. Track shipments, manage DO release , and handle any queries or inspections. Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and filed on time. Represent the company at customs for assessments, queries, and audits. Requirements: Graduate in any stream (Commerce preferred). Valid G Card issued by Indian Customs . Minimum 2 years of experience in customs clearance operations. Good knowledge of customs procedures, documents, and EDI systems. Strong communication and coordination skills. Willing to work from port, CFS, or customs locations as needed.
