Custody Asset Servicing Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing both routine and non-routine asset servicing transactions and tasks with moderate to advanced complexity. This includes leveraging intermediate to advanced subject matter expertise to diagnose problems and provide operational or technical resolution within defined and limited autonomy. You are expected to understand the asset servicing lifecycle and serve as a point of contact for internal communication with Middle Office and Client Service. Additionally, reviewing peer work and offering suggestions on process improvements will be part of your responsibilities. You should be flexible with extended hours as per business requirements to meet client expectations and be able to work under pressure and in different shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine and non-routine asset servicing transactions and tasks with moderate to advanced complexity. - Diagnose problems and provide operational or technical resolution with defined autonomy. - Understand the asset servicing lifecycle and act as a point of contact for internal communication. - Review peer work and suggest process improvements. - Be flexible with extended hours, work under pressure, and in different shifts. Qualifications Required: - Excellent prior asset servicing services, securities lending, or prime brokerage operational experience. - Ability to work closely with business partners and interact with all staff levels. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the initiative to drive change and enhance controls. - Ability to manage through a changing business landscape. - Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Financial Services industry in custody asset servicing & fund services, markets, or prime brokerage, securities lending space. - Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel (VLOOKUP), and Outlook is expected.,
