Custody Asset Servicing Analyst

As an experienced professional in asset servicing, you will have the opportunity to drive process improvements and enhance client success with your innovative solutions and strategic insights. Your role will involve performing routine and non-routine asset servicing transactions and tasks of moderate to advanced complexity, using your intermediate to advanced subject matter expertise. You will diagnose problems and provide operational or technical resolutions, demonstrating autonomy within defined parameters. Additionally, you will be responsible for understanding the asset servicing lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact for internal communication with Middle Office and Client Service, reviewing peer work for process improvement suggestions, and adapting to extended hours as needed to meet client expectations. Your ability to work effectively under pressure and in various shifts will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform asset servicing transactions and tasks with moderate to advanced complexity - Understand and navigate the asset servicing lifecycle - Act as the primary point of contact for internal communication with Middle Office and Client Service - Review peer work and provide suggestions for process improvements - Adapt to extended hours based on business requirements - Work effectively under pressure and in different shifts Qualifications Required: - Excellent prior experience in asset servicing, securities lending, or prime brokerage operations - Ability to collaborate with business partners and engage with staff at all levels - Flexibility to meet tight deadlines, prioritize work, and organize tasks effectively - Experience working on multi-stream programs - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, particularly in custody asset servicing, fund services, markets, or prime brokerage in securities lending space - Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel (VLOOKUP), and Outlook In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to contribute to the transformation of asset servicing and drive success for both the company and its clients.,
