Job Description

We are seeking a project management and people skills enthusiast with a passion for curriculum development and a desire to make a real impact.
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of the subject matter – Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, People skills, Project management and Change management.
  • Display a passion for explaining management concepts in simple words.
  • Develop and design curriculum content for corporate training courses, including learning flow, interactives, and follow-up activities for adult learners.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure that curriculum content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
Requirements

  • Any UG/PG degree (English, Commerce, Management, Social Science, Psychology, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related fields will be beneficial)
  • Minimum of 0-1 years of experience developing content in the field of people skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
