Cultural Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage cultural events, fests, and programs at institutional and inter-university levels.
• Coordinate and ensure participation of students in AIU-sponsored youth festivals and cultural competitions.
• Identify, mentor, and train students in music, dance, theatre, fine arts, literature, and other cultural fields.
• Develop annual cultural calendars in line with AIU guidelines.
• Liaise with external agencies, universities, and cultural organizations for collaborative events.
• Manage budgets, logistics, and resources for cultural activities.
• Maintain records of student participation, achievements, and recognitions at AIU and other cultural forums.
• Promote inclusivity, diversity, and student engagement through cultural programs.
• Supervise cultural clubs, societies, and committees.
• Prepare reports and updates for management and AIU submissions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Performing Arts, Fine Arts, Literature, Cultural Studies, or relevant field (preferred: as per UGC/AIU norms).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing cultural programs/events at university or institutional level.
• Knowledge of AIU norms and inter-university cultural festival frameworks.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
