Role Overview: As a Food Preparation Associate at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, your main responsibility will be to prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. You will be required to follow recipes, quality standards, and food preparation checklists to cook food efficiently. Operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers will also be part of your daily tasks.
