The primary vision of PANHA is to reduce suicide rates by fostering a compassionate and supportive community for mental health. As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at PANHA, you will be in charge of leading the company's technology strategy, supervising software development, managing IT projects, and providing guidance on architecture and product development processes. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with the leadership team to align technology initiatives with business objectives, overseeing development teams, ensuring platform scalability and security, and staying abreast of emerging technologies. The ideal candidate for this full-time remote role should possess strong skills in software development and architecture, project management, and IT strategy. Additionally, experience in product development, effective leadership, and team management capabilities are crucial. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to align technology activities with business goals. Previous experience in a startup environment would be advantageous. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred for this position.,
