CTO (Chief Technology Officer)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the tech from scratch — backend, frontend, devops.
• Choose and build the tech stack for scale.
• Architect, code, and deploy MVPs and features.
• Build and manage a dev team as we grow.
• Ensure security, performance, and product stability.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Are skilled in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, APIs, cloud (AWS/GCP).
• Have built products or MVPs before.
• Are ready to work without salary for 3–6 months, with a clear equity agreement.
• Think like a builder, not an employee.

Business Partner / Co-Founder

What You’ll Do:

• Develop business strategy, revenue model, and partnerships.
• Lead marketing, outreach, B2B/B2C client onboarding.
• Handle pitch deck, funding outreach, and networking.
• Be the face of the company in front of clients and investors.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have startup hustle in your blood.
• Can sell a vision and build relationships fast.
• Understand basics of digital marketing, sales funnels, or business ops.
• Believe in sweat equity — and are ready to grow from 0 to 1.

• Founding team equity

  – actual ownership.

• Decision-making power

• No salary initially

  – but full transparency and vesting terms.
• Once we close revenue/funding, roles will transition to salaried leadership.
