Job Description

Position: CTM Technical Setup Coordinator Location: Hyderabad (with occasional visits to vendor or lease sites) Type: Short-Term Contract (23 months) or Probation-to-Hire Key Responsibilities Evaluate proposed leased premises for module assembly unit setup (space, load capacity, ventilation, layout suitability, etc.) Understand and verify CTM machinery specifications and vendor promises Coordinate with Chinese/Indian vendors for: Layout planning Machinery installation schedule Electrical + utility setup Spares, warranty, and manpower expectations Track checklist for machinery readiness and site infrastructure before delivery Ensure proper documentation of setup plan, BOQ, and power/water/load matrix Flag any mismatch in promised vs actual machinery capacity, safety, or output claims Report to management with weekly updates and risk alerts Qualifications Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering 2+ years in solar module manufacturing (preferably with experience in setting up a line) Familiarity with machinery like stringers, laminators, EL testers, etc. Good communication in English/Hindi; Telugu is a plus Preferred Skills Experience with CTM or SMT-like environments Working knowledge of layout drawings, load calculations, and safety compliance Experience coordinating with international machine vendors (especially Chinese) MS Excel, checklists, and project tracking exposure
