CSSD Technician (Walk In)

Instrument Sterilization and Preparation:

• Operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, and sterilization ovens.
• Inspect, clean, and assemble surgical instruments and equipment.
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of sterilized items.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels of sterile supplies and re-order as needed.
• Rotate stock and check expiration dates to ensure the availability of sterile supplies.

Quality Assurance:

• Perform regular quality control checks to ensure the effectiveness of sterilization processes.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to hospital and departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot sterilization equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with biomedical technicians for equipment repairs and maintenance.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with surgical and nursing staff to provide timely and efficient sterile supplies.
• Assist in training new staff members and providing guidance on sterilization techniques and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
