CSS SaaS SCM Engineer

As a Support Engineer at Oracle, you will be part of the Customer Success Services (CSS) team, supporting over 6,000 companies worldwide. Your role will involve working on-site at the Oracle ME offices, where you will join a team of highly skilled technical experts dedicated to building and maintaining clients" technical landscapes through tailored support services. Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical team members and coach them in relevant skills, while recognizing their contributions. - Analyze customers" business needs to ensure Oracle solutions align with their objectives. - Assist customers in transitioning to the cloud and leveraging Oracle cloud technologies appropriately. - Provide technical guidance on Oracle cloud and/or on-premise solutions to customers and other Oracle team members. - Support solutions related to multi-cloud and hybrid cloud setups. - Ensure successful handover from implementation to operations to meet customer requirements. - Maintain the Oracle Solution to ensure customer demands are met. - Collaborate closely with the Technical Account Manager to manage work streams effectively. - Act as the main contact for new business opportunities by supporting the presales team. - Lead and contribute to strategic programs and initiatives, maximizing value for customers. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in delivering Oracle solutions and/or transformation programs, preferably using cloud technologies. - 10+ years of implementation experience with Supply Chain Management solutions. - Minimum of 6 years in implementing SCM SaaS applications. - Proficiency in various Procurement and Logistics modules. - Experience with Oracle cloud Supply Chain products. - Ability to design and develop OTBI reports and write basic data extraction queries using SQL. - Experience with CX is beneficial. - Capability to engage in Pre-Sales activities and write technical proposals. - Proficient in designing and developing Oracle cloud solutions. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills. - Positive, resilient, and creative attitude with an open and agile mindset. - Ability to break down complex problems and provide suitable assessments and recommendations. - Willingness to learn new cloud technologies and contribute to continuous service improvements.
