CSR / Fundraising Manager

About Us:

Vatsalyagram, under Param Shakti Peeth, is a unique social initiative that nurtures abandoned children, women, and elders with dignity, care, and love. To expand our impact and sustain our initiatives, we are looking for a CSR / Fundraising Manager who can build strong corporate partnerships and lead fundraising efforts.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with corporates for CSR partnerships.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and concept notes for CSR projects.
• Manage donor relationships and ensure proper reporting & compliance.
• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns (offline & online).
• Explore new opportunities for grants, sponsorships, and collaborations.
• Maintain MIS of donors, CSR partners, and fundraising activities.
• Coordinate with finance and project teams for fund utilization reports.
• Represent Vatsalyagram in CSR forums, events, and networking meets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CSR partnerships / fundraising / donor relations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
• Knowledge of CSR rules, compliance, and NGO ecosystem.
• Proven track record of corporate tie-ups or fundraising achievements.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
