Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience across all support channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via email, chat, and social media platforms
• Provide clear and accurate information about products, usage, and order status
• Coordinate with backend and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain and update customer records and support logs
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve service quality
• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines while assisting customers

Requirements & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, email handling, and online platforms
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus (freshers may also apply)
