CSR - Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Executive at LOTZ Wedding Center in Coimbatore, your role will involve greeting and welcoming customers with warmth, grace, and professionalism. You will need to understand client needs and guide them through product selections, ensuring a positive ambiance and a seamless in-store experience. Handling queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction are key responsibilities. You will also coordinate with the sales and design teams to provide personalized service, maintain the appearance and hygiene of the showroom area, assist during bridal trials and fittings with care and sensitivity, and manage bookings, follow-ups, and basic administrative tasks.
