CS&OTC Associate

As a CS & OTC Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing orders from internal customers across a range of products within the Customer Service Order to Cash department. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accurate processing of customer orders and managing renewals, thereby contributing to the efficient fulfillment and invoicing of orders while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Elsevier stakeholders to create and manage agreements, coordinate the invoicing of electronic products, and ensure that contractual obligations to/from customers are met according to requirements. Your role will also involve the accurate and timely processing of multi-year agreements in adherence to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. In this position, you will act as the go-to person within your area of expertise, providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. Strong customer service experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced administrative environment are essential for success in this role. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team and matrix organization are key requirements.
