• Offer unique Core and Cloud domain expertise to Domain Support and Automated Operations teams.
• Provide input and knowledge to the Automation and Analytics teams to support relevant use cases.
• Develop and maintain solutions for automation use case candidates, while investigating potential problem sources.
• Enhance recovery processes, making them more efficient and effective.
• Develop and consistently improve automated Service Delivery methodologies.
• Conduct trend analyses to proactively identify possible failures, ensuring timely restoration and repair.
