Role Overview: You are invited to join the team at Alpha College of Engineering_Thirumazhisai as an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science Engineering (CSE) / Information Technology (IT) & Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (AIDS) department. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, labs, and tutorials, contributing to curriculum development, conducting impactful research, mentoring students, and engaging in professional development activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, labs, and tutorials in CSE/IT/AIDS courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. - Implement innovative teaching methods and leverage technology to enhance the learning experience. - Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the CSE/IT/AIDS curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry trends and academic standards. - Conduct and publish impactful research in reputable journals and conferences within the field of CSE/IT/AIDS. - Advise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students on academic and career-related matters. - Stay current with advancements in CSE/IT/AIDS through continuous learning, attending conferences, and engaging in professional development activities. - Actively participate in departmental and university committees and establish connections with industry partners. - Design and implement effective assessment strategies to evaluate student learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback. Qualifications: - M.Tech/Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, or Artificial Intelligence & Data Science. - Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of CSE, IT, or AIDS. - Strong record of or potential for scholarly research and publications. - Minimum 1 year of Teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
