Job Description

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executive. This role involves handling back-office operations, interacting with clients, and ensuring smooth account opening procedures. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage account opening processes and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients to collect required information and resolve queries.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide support to the back-office team in day-to-day activities.
  • Maintain client records and update databases as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to handle client interactions professionally

Experience

  • Fresher or candidates with prior experience in similar roles can apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
