Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive with excellent English communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and support. This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Meet and exceed customer service targets and metrics
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in any field (Passing Year should be 2022 to 2025 only)
- 1 Year BPO/Sales Experienced required
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Freshers and experienced candidates both eligible
- Willingness to work from office in Indore / Jaipur
Salary:
- Up to ₹30,000 per month (CTC) also it varies according to previous experience and location wise.
