Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage schools & bus operators as

well as parents through inbound and outbound call-centre operations. The role involves

handling queries, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining service

records, and generating operational reports to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
