About the Role

The CSD Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting overall service operations. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, chats, and service requests.
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer queries.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous support.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system (CRM/ERP).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical, etc.) for quicker issue resolution.
  • Escalate complex cases to seniors or relevant departments when required.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved completely.
  • Identify recurrent issues and share feedback for process improvement.
  • Assist in maintaining service level standards (TAT, quality, productivity).
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
  • 1-4 years of experience in customer support/service (Freshers can also apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and patience when dealing with customers.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
