CSD Manager

The CSD Manager at Himgiri Automobiles is responsible for overseeing the operations of the CSD, ensuring efficient management of canteen services, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. As the CSD Manager, your key responsibilities will include operational management by overseeing daily operations of the CSD, ensuring smooth functioning, and adherence to company policies. You will be responsible for inventory control by managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring timely replenishment to meet demand. Quality assurance is crucial, and you will need to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene in compliance with health regulations. Staff management is also a key aspect of your role, where you will supervise and train canteen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Budget management is essential, as you will be required to develop and manage the canteen budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective measures. Customer service is another vital component, where you will need to address customer feedback and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Reporting plays a significant role, and you will be expected to provide regular reports on canteen performance, including financials, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in managing canteen or food service operations, preferably within the automobile industry, will be advantageous. Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary, along with knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person at Himgiri Automobiles.
