JOB DESCRIPTION Customer Support: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally. Provide accurate and timely information regarding product features, pricing, and availability. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and personalized service. Marketing Support: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform marketing strategies. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Stock Market Knowledge: Understand the dynamics of the copper market, including supply and demand, pricing trends, and key market indicators. Provide insightful information to customers regarding the impact of market fluctuations on copper prices and the company's business. Assist customers in understanding how market conditions may affect their purchasing decisions. Stay abreast of industry news and developments related to the copper market. Other Duties as Assigned: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and report generation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Strong understanding of the stock market, with a focus on the copper market. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with ERP software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
