Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Company Secretary (CS) Trainee who is pursuing the CS course and is eager to gain practical exposure in corporate compliance and governance. The role will involve assisting the compliance team in handling company law matters, secretarial work, and regulatory filings. This position is in accordance with ICSI training requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and filing of ROC forms (MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-12, etc.).
• Drafting and maintaining Board Resolutions, Minutes of Meetings, Notices, and Statutory Registers.
• Support in conducting board meetings, annual general meetings (AGM), and committee meetings.
• Assist in company incorporation, share allotment, and issue of share certificates.
• Liaise with government authorities like MCA, ROC, and RBI
