Key Responsibilities

​1. Client Portfolio Management:

​Managing a portfolio of clients, which includes private limited companies, public companies, LLPs, and other corporate entities.

​Acting as a primary point of contact for clients on routine corporate secretarial and compliance matters.

​Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients by providing timely and accurate advice.

​2. Company Incorporation and Formation:

​Assisting clients with the process of company incorporation, including name reservation, drafting Memorandum and Articles of Association, and filing of incorporation documents with the Registrar of Companies.

​Guiding clients on the selection of the appropriate business structure (e.g., private limited, public, LLP).

​3. Statutory Compliance and Filings:

​Ensuring all client companies comply with the Companies Act and other relevant corporate laws and regulations.

​Preparing and filing various forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies and other regulatory bodies, such as annual returns, financial statements, and forms for changes in directorship, share capital, or registered office.

​Maintaining and updating the statutory registers and minute books for all client companies.

​Monitoring compliance deadlines for all clients and sending reminders to ensure timely filings.

​4. Board and Shareholder Meetings:

​Assisting with the preparation of notices, agendas, and minutes for board meetings and general meetings (including AGMs).

​Drafting and filing resolutions (board and special) as per client requirements.

​5. Advisory Services:

​Providing basic advice to clients on routine company secretarial matters, such as changes in company name, registered office, or director appointments/resignations.

​Assisting senior team members in providing more complex corporate law and governance advice.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
