Role & Responsibilities:

Handling day-to-day secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act.

Assisting in ROC filings, preparation of Board and General Meeting documents, and maintaining statutory records.

Drafting notices, resolutions, minutes, and other secretarial documents.

Assisting in annual filings, event-based compliances, and secretarial audits.

Coordinating with clients for compliance requirements and ensuring timely completion.

Opportunity to attend client meetings and visits, gaining first-hand corporate exposure.

Work Structure:

5-day working (Mon–Fri) – Hybrid work model (office + remote).
