Job Description

We are looking for a CS Management Trainee who is qualified CS Executive or CS Professional Exam to join our team in the Gems & Jewelry industry. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a keen interest in corporate secretarial compliance, regulatory filings, and corporate governance. This role involves assisting in managing compliance for unlisted private and public companies, as well as LLPs in the industry. # Skills: CS Executive or CS Professional Exam Passed. Basic knowledge of Company Law, LLP Act, FEMA, and Secretarial Standards. Interest in compliance related to the Gems & Jewelry industry. Strong communication and documentation skills.
